We sincerely apologize to all HPers for the little episode caused during the process of adding liquidity.
HP began to add liquidity at 11 (UTC) on March 25. However, due to a large number of users trading HP at the same time, the rebase mechanism was triggered which affecting the process of adding liquidity of innovative rebase mechanism.
